Established in 1995, Palette Café-Grill introduced a new concept to the Lebanese market consisting of a wide range of sandwiches prepared in home-baked French Baguettes, fresh from the oven Croissants and a selection of Healthy Salads. Gradually, this concept became popular in Lebanon and similar restaurants began to appear.
To compete with the evolving market, Palette Café-Grill maintained its consistency by providing superior Quality Food, sustaining a high level of Hygiene Awareness, and providing a Free Delivery Service.
In 1996, Palette Café-Grill diversified its activities by catering for Exhibitions, Concerts and major Events such as The Motor Show, The Boat Show, and concerts by Bryan Adams, Julio Iglesias, Shirley Bassey and Enrique Iglesias among others. Palette Café-Grill was also the exclusive caterer at the Forum De Beyrouth for eight years.
In March 2002, Palette Café-Grill was selected to provide 20,000 Lunch Boxes for the Arab Summit held in Beirut and in October of the same year it was also chosen to provide 25,000 Lunch Boxes for the Francophony Summit.
In 2004, and due to market demand, Palette Café-Grill introduced a large variety of Grill Items and in 2012 a Light Section was also added to the menu to present customized light food items.
Palette Café-Grill continued to evolve and focused its efforts to centralize its Production Kitchen, enhance its warehouse, restructure its management system and develop a new Customer Service Department to meet customer satisfaction.
Today, Palette Café-Grill with a customer database of over 15,000 serves its clients from two outlets located in Saifi, Achrafieh and Furn el Chebbak. The delivery service covers Greater Beirut and its suburbs area.
